Delivery Policy

1. Scope

This Delivery Policy applies to all products, services, and digital content made available through the website
https://spherikaccelerator.com/ and affiliated platforms owned or managed by ASOCIATIA SPHERIK (“the Association”, “we”, “us”).

The Policy governs the delivery and provision of:

  • tickets or registrations for events organised or co-organised by the Association or its partners;
  • digital products such as online courses, educational materials, or downloadable resources;
  • digital or consulting services, including mentoring sessions or online consultations; and
  • any other service or product offered through the Spherik Accelerator brand or its affiliated brands.

2. General Principles

By completing an order or registration through our website, the user (“the Buyer”) agrees to the terms of this Delivery Policy.

The Association undertakes to ensure the delivery or provision of the purchased service or product within the timeframes indicated below, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

All deliveries are made electronically, unless otherwise specified. The delivery confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during registration or checkout.

3. Delivery Methods

3.1. Event Tickets and Registrations

For paid events, once the payment is confirmed, the ticket and registration confirmation are automatically sent by email to the Buyer.

For free events, registration confirmation is sent after completing the form on the event page.

The confirmation email serves as proof of purchase and grants the Buyer the right to participate in the respective event, subject to presenting identification and/or registration proof.

3.2. Digital Products (e.g., Courses, E-books, Templates, Online Access)

Digital products are delivered instantly following payment confirmation.
Access details, download links, or platform credentials will be provided via email.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is valid and accessible.

Delivery is considered completed once the digital content or access link is successfully transmitted to the Buyer’s email or account.

3.3. Services (Consultations, Mentorship, Program Enrolment)

For services that require scheduling (e.g., consultations, mentoring sessions), delivery occurs by granting the Buyer access to schedule or participate in the purchased service.

The Buyer will receive confirmation and scheduling instructions via email within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

Service delivery timelines depend on mutual availability and may vary, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the Buyer’s preferred date and time.

3.4. Donations

Donations made through the platform are processed instantly.
The donor receives an email confirmation of payment. No physical or digital product is delivered, as the transaction represents a voluntary contribution supporting the activities of ASOCIATIA SPHERIK.

All delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary in exceptional cases (e.g., technical errors, payment gateway delays).
In such cases, the Buyer will be informed promptly via email.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Proof of Purchase

The confirmation email received upon payment serves as both:

  • Proof of transaction, and
  • Access right to the event, digital product, or service purchased.

If the Buyer does not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, they must notify the Association at
contact@spherikaccelerator.com to resolve the issue.

6. Delivery Failure or Technical Errors

In case of non-receipt of access credentials, files, or confirmation emails, Buyers should:

  • Check their spam/junk folder;
  • Verify that the email address provided during checkout is correct;
  • Contact contact@spherikaccelerator.com for assistance.

If a delivery failure occurs due to a system or technical issue on our side, the Association will reissue the product or access link free of charge.

If the issue results from incorrect information provided by the Buyer, additional verification may be required before re-sending access data.

7. Changes and Delays

ASOCIATIA SPHERIK reserves the right to modify delivery methods, access mechanisms, or delivery schedules when required by operational or technical constraints.

Any significant change or delay will be communicated to the Buyer promptly by email.

8. Liability

The Association cannot be held liable for:

  • incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the Buyer;
  • access problems resulting from third-party email or payment providers;
  • delays caused by internet connectivity, service interruptions, or other force majeure events.

Once delivery has been completed (email sent or access granted), the Association’s obligations regarding delivery are considered fulfilled.
