About the Romanian winners:
Jobful – one of the startups from last year’s KPMG Startup Grow Pad program, has developed the first gamified recruitment platform in Romania and seeks to continue the development of the platform and create a mobile app to be launched this autumn. Their strategy includes emerging technologies such as machine learning or blockchain, as the team intends to integrate Google Jobs API and MIT Blockcerts.
Xmera Bionic Bike – is a startup which has built the first bionic e-bike that uses body sensors to track the heart rate and the overall health. It’s a true combination of a bicycle, motorcycle, and workout machine that enables people to track their progress, calories burned, and mileage. The Xmera e-bike features a BPM (beats per minute) sensor integrated with the e-bike controller (computer of the e-bike) so the motor assistance adjusts to the body’s needs and people’s pre-programmed workout goals.
All 11 startups will receive a free ticket to attend Slush 2019 and will have access to many side events!
