B-Hub for Europe has announced the startups accepted in the 1st edition of the acceleration program. From a total of 99 applications received, 30 startups from Europe will be a part of the program starting this month.

Who has applied to the program?

The selected startups are from Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain and operate in a variety of sectors, representing the diversity of blockchain uses, such as: Administration, Charity, Education, e-Health, Finance, Foodtech, Industry, IT, Justice and Legal, Logistics, Mobility, Public procurement, Smart cities, Utilities and Energy, as well as multi-sectoral applications.

What happens now?

The Decentralized Acceleration Programme will run for 6 months, starting October 2020. The winning blockchain SMEs will benefit from: 

• free, expert, customized go-to-market acceleration services 
• access to a pan-European network of businesses, public actors and startups (Italy, Romania, Germany, France, Lithuania) 
• connection opportunities with investors and counselling on access to public funds 
• European visibility through B-Hub for Europe’s communication channels and events
