Changes in the HR industry starts the series on June 22nd and is joined by Mădălina Racovițan, Partner & Head of People Services at KPMG Romania, Răzvan Radu, Co-founder at Humano, Bianca Ene, Co-founder & Head of Candidate Experience at Jobful, Claudia Stan, People Services Senior Manager at KPMG Romania.

The webinar is focused on the changes in the HR industry that happened during the past few months. Speakers will approach topics such as how are the HR departments organizing the remote work, what are the latest challenges for the HR startups, and also which opportunities can appear for startups in the HR field.

Entrepreneurial mindset from a legal perspective is the second webinar focused on the legal side of entrepreneurship, the guests will be approaching topics such as: Protection of trade secrets, IP portfolio management, Contract management and Data protection, and much more.

Cristiana Fernbach, Partner KPMG Legal – Toncescu și Asociații, Cosmin Curticăpean, CEO & Co-Founder of iFactor and Radu Fertonea, Founder at PaidAnalytix have shared their insights on the subject.

Designing new CX/UX paths for clients was the third webinar from the series, where we approached the topics of CX and UX, with a focus on designing new CX/UX paths for clients being pushed to (not choosing) digital channels of interaction in the new reality together with Victor Iancu, Director Management Consulting & Customer Advisory Lead at KPMG Advisory will join us.
