Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the website
https://spherikaccelerator.com/ and affiliated platforms owned or managed by ASOCIATIA SPHERIK
(“the Association”, “we”, “us”), including:
- registrations or ticket purchases for events organised or co-organised by the Association or its partners;
- digital products such as online courses, downloadable materials, or digital access services;
- professional services such as mentorship, consultation sessions, or program participation; and
- voluntary donations made through the platform.
By completing a transaction on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
2. General Principles
The Association is committed to providing high-quality services and transparent terms regarding cancellations,
modifications, and refunds.
All requests for return, cancellation, or refund must be submitted in writing to
contact@spherikaccelerator.com, including all relevant details such as order number,
payment confirmation, and user information.
3. Event Tickets and Registrations
3.1. Paid Events
Buyers have the right to request cancellation and refund of tickets up to 7 calendar days before the event start date.
Requests submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases where the event is cancelled or
rescheduled by the organiser.
In case of cancellation by the organiser, participants may choose between:
- a full refund of the ticket price, or
- transferring the ticket to another event organised by the Association.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 calendar days from approval.
3.2. Free Events
Participation in free events may be cancelled by the user at any time before the event start date, by contacting the Association.
No fees or refunds apply.
4. Digital Products
4.1. Instant Digital Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products (courses, e-books, templates, downloadable materials, etc.), access is granted immediately
after payment confirmation.
Once access has been provided, no return or refund is possible, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and
Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, which excludes the right of withdrawal for digital content that has been made available to the
consumer with prior consent.
By completing the purchase, the Buyer expressly agrees that digital content delivery will begin immediately and waives the right
of withdrawal.
4.2. Access Issues
If access to the digital product cannot be provided due to a technical error caused by the Association’s systems, we will take all
reasonable measures to correct the issue or reissue the product at no additional cost.
5. Services and Consultations
For consulting sessions, mentoring, or similar services:

The Buyer may request cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, by written notice to
contact@spherikaccelerator.com. - Requests made after this period are not refundable, as the service has been reserved and resources allocated.

If the Association needs to reschedule, the Buyer will be informed promptly and may choose between accepting the new date
or requesting a refund.
6. Donations
Donations made to ASOCIATIA SPHERIK are non-refundable, as they represent voluntary contributions to support the Association’s
mission and activities, not the purchase of goods or services.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or cancellations beyond the standard timeframes may be granted only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate
payments, proven technical issues, event cancellation by the organiser).
Each request will be reviewed individually, and the decision will be communicated by email.
8. Procedure for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

Send a written email to contact@spherikaccelerator.com, indicating:
- Full name
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for request
The Association will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
9. Liability
ASOCIATIA SPHERIK is not responsible for:
- incorrect data provided by the Buyer during registration or purchase;
- access loss due to forgotten passwords, expired links, or user inaction;
- failure to meet refund conditions caused by reasons outside our control.
Once a digital product or service has been delivered as agreed, the transaction is considered complete.
