6. General Terms and Conditions

8. Online Orders

Users must follow website steps, complete required fields accurately, and confirm the order. Before finalising, they may review all details.

An automatic confirmation email is sent after submission, summarising the order. Acceptance occurs only when ASOCIATIA SPHERIK issues the invoice or access credentials.

For limited-availability products, orders are processed first-come, first-served.

9. Pricing, Invoicing and Payment

All prices are in RON and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made by card, bank transfer, or other available methods.

An electronic invoice is issued after payment. Users are responsible for banking fees. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

10. Delivery of Products / Provision of Services

Delivery varies by product type:

Event tickets: delivered electronically after payment.
Digital products: delivered via email, download link, or account login.
Consultancy/services: scheduled and delivered according to agreed terms.

Delivery is deemed complete once digital items are sent or the service is provided. ASOCIATIA SPHERIK is not liable for delays caused by incorrect user data or external technical issues.

11. Return and Cancellation Policy

Digital products, downloadable materials, and online services are exempt from withdrawal rights once delivered.

Event tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days before the event unless otherwise stated. Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

ASOCIATIA SPHERIK may grant exceptions at its discretion.

12. Complaints and Notifications

Users may submit complaints via the website contact form or email at contact@spherikaccelerator.com.

Complaints will be answered within a reasonable time. If a user fails to notify the Company before a service/event is delivered, modifications may not be possible.

13. Ownership Rights for Purchased Products and/or Services

All digital products, educational materials, and intellectual property remain the property of ASOCIATIA SPHERIK or their authors.
Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited without written consent.

14. Use of the SPHERIK ACCELERATOR Brand

The SPHERIK ACCELERATOR name and logo are registered trademarks (Certificate no. 156349, issued September 1, 2027).

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

15. Liability

ASOCIATIA SPHERIK strives to ensure accuracy and availability of its website and services but is not liable for:

Damages from improper product use or technical malfunctions;
Losses caused by user errors, connectivity delays, or third-party failures;
Indirect or consequential damages related to website or content use.

Where limitation is not legally allowed, liability is capped at the value of the purchased product/service giving rise to the claim.
